Ordering Information

Return Policy:
We stand behind our products 100% for quality and safety. However due to recent changes and requirements, we can no longer accept any returned food products unless due to our error. Please order carefully! Any unauthorized returns will be discarded and no credit issued.

Ordering:
Phone orders: Should you choose to order by telephone, you can contact us at 239-793-5581, 7 days a week. You may get our answering service before we do, so leave a message with your name and phone number and we will get back to you.

USPS Mail orders:
Should you wish to purchase by mail, just print out your shopping cart list and mail it directly to us with your shipping information and e-mail address. Our mailing address is : Patrics 1798 54th Terrace SW Naples, Florida 34116. Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card. To speed your order, send us an email from our link on Patrics.com with the order information, we will pack up your selections, and have them ready to ship as soon as your payment arrives.

Shipping Method:

• Our preferred method of shipping is UPS Ground or US Postal Service.
• Expedited service(ie, Next Day Air, 2nd Day, Saturday Delivery) is available by calling for a quote. Business hours are 9am-9pm ET, 239-793-5581

Delivery time:

• If you live in the West Coast area, delivery takes about 5 business days.
• If you live in the East Coast area, delivery takes about 3 business days.

Order processing time:
Whenever possible we will fill an order and ship it within 48 hours. There are a few exceptions. We will sometime hold an order for up to about 7 days or so if we are out of the item, if the item was a special order, or if we have to make a special batch of our product!

Shipping:
Shipping fees for all orders are calculated based on the total packed weight of your purchase using current UPS Daily rates or the US Post Office rates based on your location. Be sure to select the proper “shipping zone” for your shipping address.
