Patric was raised in the green mountains of Vermont. Cooking techniques were handed down from generation to generation with little refining. After traveling throughout the United States, Canada, and Central America, he settled in Naples Florida. Finding a market for an upscale, in-your-kitchen-catering service, he opened Patrics Catering in 1998 and became one of the most sought after caterers in the area.
